Israel: IDF tank troops reformed

The IDF conducted an extensive reform of armored forces to make more mobile units and the relevant conditions of warfare in the XXI century .
Apart from a few clotting tank brigades , which NEWSru.co.il reported two weeks ago, the army command has decided to reduce the number of tanks in the remaining teams.
According to Israel Defense, each tank division will be attached Infantry Brigade and various artillery units , whose power will be able to use the tank commanders at battalion level .

The project "Digital land army " ( Tsaidam ) battalion commanders will have access to information about the situation on the battlefield in real time , in coordination with intelligence agencies , the Air Force and other branches of the military .
The project also provides for , among other things, the introduction of a uniform for all branches of service standard for determining the coordinates of targets on the battlefield using digital planchettes .
