Croats found money for the serial production of electric supercar

The electric super car Rimac Concept One was presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011 . Made him a small company from Croatia , founded the 21- year old boy that is unusual. Even more unusual plans and creators : release of 88 cars worth $ 1 million each.

Production is also financed by mortgages that have left the first customers of the company : from 88 alleged supercars six already ordered . Furthermore , Rimac owns the brand Greyp, under which produces velotsikly the electric and the demand for them is so great that the management plans Rimac and a half times increase the staff Greyp the end of this year.
Electric propulsion Rimac consists of four electric motors, generating a total of 1088 horsepower and 3790 Nm of torque. Disperse hundreds supercar borrows from 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 305 kilometers per hour. The manufacturer claims that without recharging the car is capable to drive up to 600 kilometers. Pride of the founders is the fact that the Concept One is almost entirely designed and manufactured in Croatia. Rimac already has plans for the sale of its technology to other companies. Croats development may be useful for manufacturers of various electric vehicles.
