We are forced to resort to blocking by IP- addresses " - admitted Zharov . As a result, because of the placement of illegal content on a page on the Internet resource , it can be blocked completely.

The Head Roskomnadzora noted that most social networks leads to a constructive dialogue about the state authorities for removal outlawed information.
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law providing for an immediate lockout sites that distribute calls to riots and other extremist information at the end of last year.
