In the Federation Council proposed the establishment of internal Russian Internet "Cheburashka"

Federation Council member Maxim Kavdzharadze proposed to create in Russia an internal communications network that would be closed to access from the EU and the U.S. . This senator said on April 28 meeting of the committee on constitutional legislation , RIA Novosti reported .

Authorities could create a "Cheburashka" together with the CSTO countries (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan) or with countries in the Asia-Pacific region, specified in the Federation Council.


On the background of the Ukrainian crisis Western countries agreed to adopt a series of measures against the Russian politicians and businessmen , then foreign rating agencies Fitch and S & P downgraded the forecast long-term ratings in foreign and Russian national currency.
